Alleys are one of the most intimate spaces in the urban living environment, and France's alleys are one of the most inspiring places to be. Julius Yls shared his visual experiences through photographs of those alleys that he took during his multiple visits to France. Really enjoyed this one. The writing style is very engaging. It’s easy to follow but still has a lot of depth. Will be looking for more from this author.

A solid read. Interesting premise and executed fairly well. Just a few slow chapters here and there. Still a good book.
