Cet essai en est la preuve, comme la réponse. Dans l'ouvrage, avec franchise et je pense bon sens, je m'efforce de traiter sans faux semblants les grands thèmes qui concernent chacun. Le tout manié avec humour puisque rire aide à réfléchir. Des thèmes comme La famille (Je plaide pour un retour aux valeurs fondamentales : l'écoute, la solidarité, le sens du partage, du service, de la responsabilité, etc.), les affaires (nécessaires, elles ne devraient pas servir à creuser le clivage entre riches et pauvres, il faut donc développer " une éthique planétaire des affaires et du travail "). Je réfléchis aussi, entre autres, à la place des Jeunes qui, à force de crier à l'aide sans obtenir de réponse, sont convaincus que personne ne s'intéresse à eux, donc créent leur propre univers, créant des parents et des enfants qui se regardent mais ne se voient pas. Au fil de ces multiples thèmes, une vérité s'impose : quelque part sur le chemin, nous avons abandonné l'essentiel, le contact humain. I have mixed feelings about this one. It felt a bit repetitive in the middle. Could have been shorter. It's fine if you have nothing else to read.

Glad someone recommended this to me. The pacing was spot on and the characters felt real. I didn't find myself getting bored at any point. Will be looking for more from this author.

Honestly one of the better books I've read lately. The author did a great job wrapping everything up at the end. No weird plot holes left behind. Will be looking for more from this author.
