Overview: In recent years phenomenology has become a resource for reflecting on political questions. While much of this discussion has primarily focused on the ways in which phenomenology can help reformulate central concepts in political theory, the essays in this volume ask in a methodological and systematic way how phenomenology can connect first-person experience with normative principles in political philosophy. Good, but not quite perfect. Interesting premise and executed fairly well. Just a few slow chapters here and there. Still a good book.

Such a great read. The writing style is very engaging. It’s easy to follow but still has a lot of depth. Worth the time and money.
