Overview: Lucrarea de faţă este menită să asigure o uniformitate în abordarea problemelor de topografie, cadastru şi geodezie, necesară experţilor, dar, deopotrivă, transferă informaţiile necesare judecătorului, care nu are dreptul să fie superficial în „abordarea cauzei judiciare”.Nu există vreun capitol al lucrării de faţă mai puţin important pentru judecător, căci judecătorul este cel chemat să desemneze expertul într-o cauză judiciară, context în care el trebuie să facă faţă excepţiilor posibile, relative la însăşi calitatea de expert tehnic judiciar. Tot el este cel care soluţionează problema incompatibilităţii experţilor.Primele capitole din lucrarea de faţă transmite informaţii relevante pentru judecători, în acest domeniu.Apoi, noţiunile de topografie, cadastru, carte funciară şi geodezie, cuprinse în Capitolul III al lucrării de faţă, sunt esenţiale pentru judecătorul –insuficient avizat „tehnic” cu privire la asemenea domenii, cu referire specială la metodele utilizate de experţi în aceste domenii şi la tipurile de lucrări pe care aceştia sunt chemaţi şi abilitaţi să le efectueze.Sistemul informaţional din care experţii se alimentează este necunoscut judecătorului. Lucrarea de faţă îl prezintă, evocând, deopotrivă posibilele surse de „eroare” derivate din varii evidenţe, cărora le sunt tributari chiar experţii. Asemenea „erori" deschid noi perspective judecătorilor, care pot „pune lucrurile la punct”, fiind înzestraţi cu puterea de judecată, motiv pentru care judecătorii sunt mai bine plasaţi decât experţii judiciari. Not bad, but not my favorite. The pacing was a bit slow and I found myself skimming a few pages. It wasn't terrible, just okay. Might work better for someone else, just wasn't completely for me.

Took me a few chapters to get into it, but it was worth it. The middle dragged a tiny bit, but the ending totally made up for it. I'd probably recommend it to a friend.
