Overview: How the modern world understood the ancient Greeks and why they matter today.The study of ancient Greece has been central to Western conceptions of history since the Renaissance. It was okay. The pacing was a bit slow and I found myself skimming a few pages. It wasn't terrible, just okay. Might work better for someone else, just wasn't completely for me.
