Overview: Il Dialogo strategico performativo è una tecnica dialogica semplice ed efficace, ma dagli effetti dirompenti. Parte integrante del modello di Counsel Coaching Breve Strategico, diventa lo strumento "chirurgico" per condurre singoli o gruppi di persone a risolvere problemi e a raggiungere i propri obiettivi in tempi rapidi, quasi da risultare miracoloso. Grazie a questa modalità comunicativa strategica, la persona cambia la sua modalità disfunzionale di percepire la realtà, e di conseguenza mutano anche la sua reazione, i suoi comportamenti di fronte a quegli eventi che fino ad allora l’avevano ingabbiata nelle difficoltà. Lo scopo del Dialogo Strategico Performativo, strutturato come sintesi evoluta del linguaggio ipnotico e della pragmatica della comunicazione umana, è quello di condurre persone a percepire diversamente le loro realtà problematiche. "La realtà non è ciò che accade ma ciò che facciamo con ciò che ci accade". Una forma evoluta di comunicazione, capace non solo di far "capire razionalmente" ma soprattutto di far "sentire suggestivamente" ciò che si vuol indurre nei nostri interlocutori; parafrasando le parole di Austin, un linguaggio performativo che si sostituisce a quello ordinario indicativo: ovvero, il passaggio da una comunicazione che spiega a una che induce a fare, trasformando ostacoli insormontabili nel primo passo di un processo di cambiamento che porterà velocemente alla soluzione di un problema o al raggiungimento di un obiettivo.

Finished it in a couple of days. The writing style is very engaging. It’s easy to follow but still has a lot of depth. A solid 5/5 for me.

I liked it for the most part. The middle dragged a tiny bit, but the ending totally made up for it. A solid 4 stars from me.

Honestly one of the better books I've read lately. I got really invested in the main character's journey. Everything just clicked for me. Definitely recommend it if you like this genre.
