Overview: La vera frattura nella poesia italiana del Novecento avviene negli anni Sessanta. Per questo Enrico Testa fa partire la sua antologia con Gli strumenti umani di Sereni e il Congedo del viaggiatore cerimonioso di Caproni, entrambi del 1965. Da allora non sarà piú come prima. Pur nella grande varietà delle esperienze individuali che arrivano quasi fino ai giorni nostri, ci sono alcuni punti di rilievo che tengono insieme un'intera stagione poetica. E sono l'ingresso e la stabilizzazione di un linguaggio fortemente parlato; la perdita di centralità del soggetto poetante; il rapporto con le grandi questioni del pensiero, e in particolare con il nichilismo nelle sue varie espressioni; la presenza di motivi e strutture antropologiche: scomparsi che ritornano, visioni arcaiche dell'essere, animismo della natura, oggetti e realtà che guardano e interrogano. Quella di Enrico Testa è un'antologia basata su una forte interpretazione storico-critica, che disegna un nuovo panorama negli ultimi quarant'anni di poesia italiana.Docente universitario a Genova, poeta egli stesso, Enrico Testa ha raccolto in questo volume testi di più di quaranta tra poeti e poetesse italiani del secondo Novecento. Enrico Testa is a writer and avid reader based in the Pacific Northwest. Before pursuing writing full-time, they spent over a decade working in education. When not working on their next book, Enrico Testa can usually be found hiking with their dog or trying out new coffee shops in their neighborhood.
