Overview: L'origine del romanzo di spionaggio è discussa. Qualcuno sostiene che la spy-story ha come padre Ian Fleming, altri che il suo vero creatore è Jean Bruce. Ma nessuno, finora, ha mai ricordato che Agatha Christie scrisse il suo primo romanzo d'intrigo internazionale nientemeno che all'epoca della Prima Guerra Mondiale, creando due personaggi, Tuppence e Tommy, che se sono molto meno famosi di Poirot, non per questo sono meno godibili. I liked it for the most part. Writing is good, just wish there was a bit more depth in certain parts. Still kept my attention though. A solid 4 stars from me.
